Shipping Damage Policy

If your merchandise is damaged during shipping, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Notify us within 72 hours at sales@thepocketblade.com. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Description of the damaged item(s)

Save Packing Materials: Keep all original packaging in the

condition received. This is required for the claims process.

Claims Process:

  • We will contact you to begin the claim process with the shipping company.
  • Allow 10 business days for the shipping company to collect the damaged item(s).
  • If the item is not collected within 10 days, you may keep or discard it.
  • A replacement will be processed after the claim is confirmed, taking approximately 3-5 business days.


Defective Merchandise Policy

If you receive defective merchandise:

Contact Us: Notify us within 72 hours at sales@thepocketblade.com. Provide:

  • Your full name
  • Order number


Save Packing Materials: Keep all original packaging.

Claims Process:

  • Allow 1-3 business days for the defective item to be picked up.
  • After collection, we will confirm the claim and send a replacement within 3-5 business days.

Return Policy

Unrealistic Expectations or Dislike of Product

  • Returns for reasons such as "Unrealistic Expectations" or "Do Not Like Product" will incur a 25% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not issue return labels or reimburse shipping costs.

Wrong Item Shipped

  • Contact us within 72 hours at sales@thepocketblade.com with your full name and order number.
  • Save all packing materials and do not return the item without approval.
  • Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by emailing us. Packages returned without an RA# will be sent back at the customer's cost.

Back Orders

  • High demand may cause some items to be back-ordered. Allow up to 30 days for shipment.
  • Orders on back order cannot be canceled before the 30-day period.

Shipping Policy

  • Most orders ship within 1-3 business days; all orders ship within 7 business days.
  • If an order contains multiple items, the longest estimated ship time will determine the shipping date.
  • Orders may ship from different fulfillment centers, and customers will receive multiple tracking numbers if this occurs.

  • Refunds: Only regular-priced items are eligible. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange & Returns


Exchanges for Defective Items:

  • Contact us at sales@thepocketblade.com to initiate an exchange.
  • Ship the item to: Oshawa Flea Market, 555 Simcoe Street South, Oshawa.

Gift Returns:

  • If marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit once the return is processed.
  • If not marked as a gift, refunds will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • Use a trackable shipping service for higher-value returns as receipt of the item is not guaranteed.
